We make Chianti from 100% Sangiovese grapes, to bring out the finest expression of this variety.

Colombaio di Cencio was born when German businessman Werner Ernest Wilhelm fell in love with the beauty of these hills and that same love still drives today’s work, with respect and dedication.

We vinify the grapes from the different vineyards separately and age them in large barrels only, leaving room every day for the meeting between tradition and modernity.
